Refund & Return Policy

1. Return window (physical products)
Unopened — 7 days, full refund. Unopened physical products in original, sealed condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup, with proof of purchase, for a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened — 14 days, store credit. Opened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup, in complete original condition with all packaging and accessories and proof of purchase, for store credit only. Items not in resalable condition may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
After 14 days, items are not eligible for return except as required by law or under manufacturer warranty for defects.
2. Non-returnable & non-refundable items
Digital goods are non-refundable. Game keys, software license / redemption / activation codes, digital gift cards, and any other electronically-delivered software (ESD) cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once the order is delivered or the code is revealed — these are consumed on delivery and cannot be reclaimed, except where a code is verifiably non-functional and we cannot supply a working replacement.
Also non-returnable: custom-built PCs and special orders; services already rendered (courses, tutoring, LAN Center time, consultations); deposits where work has begun; and opened consumables — except where required by law or if verifiably defective.
3. How to start a return
Contact us at computerstore@mightyhouseinc.com or (307) 314-9485 with your order details before returning anything, so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. Refunds & store credit
Approved full refunds (unopened, within 7 days) are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Store credit (opened, within 14 days) is issued as Computer Store credit toward a future purchase. If you paid with a Buy-Now-Pay-Later option (Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Cash App Pay), eligible refunds are processed back through that provider, which then adjusts your installment plan; timing is set by the provider.
5. Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, repair under manufacturer warranty, or refund. Defective digital codes are replaced with a working code where possible.
6. Restocking & shipping
A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
