1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Products & services

We sell computers, electronics, networking gear, accessories, custom-built PCs, IT-certification courses, tutoring, LAN Center/esports time, special-order items, and digital goods. Descriptions and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or limit any order, and may cancel and refund if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or an order appears fraudulent.

4. Pricing, taxes & payment

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable Wyoming sales/use tax unless stated. We accept card and, where offered, Buy-Now-Pay-Later through Stripe (Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Cash App Pay, and others). BNPL is provided by those third parties under their own terms, eligibility, and credit checks; we do not store your full card or financing details — payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Deposits & special orders

Some items (custom PC builds, special orders, training, reservations) require a deposit applied to the final invoice. Deposits for work already begun or for non-cancelable special orders may be non-refundable; see our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Digital goods & gift cards

Software licenses, activation/redemption codes, game cards, and gift cards are final sale once the code is delivered or revealed and cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law or if the code is verifiably defective and unused.

7. Shipping & pickup

We ship to addresses we serve or offer in-store pickup in Wheatland, WY. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier or at pickup.

8. Warranties & disclaimer

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Except as required by law, products and services are provided “as is” without further warranty.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service at issue.

10. Wyoming ESA / School Choice

MHI is an Education Service Provider — we are not the State of Wyoming or the Wyoming Department of Education, and we never submit or sign the official application on your behalf. ESA-funded purchases are subject to program rules.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
